We all face common issues in the dairy industry, and YDLI gave me the network and tools to help me understand how we can work together to address those issues."
		Kylie Quesnel is a Class 5 graduate from Whiting, Vermont. She and her family operate a 900-cow dairy, milking Holstein and Brown Swiss cattle. She lends her leadership to several agriculture groups including Vermont Farm Bureau, Dairy Farmers Working Together, Addison County Young Farmers group, and the International Forum for Women in Dairying.

	Proud to claim over 400 alumni graduates, and growing.

The Dairy Leaders for Tomorrow
campaign is your opportunity to make a difference in young peoples' lives that have a deep desire to succeed in the dairy industry. Knowing that things in the dairy business are never easy, the YDLI program harnesses the energy and talents of young adults to make things a little easier and the future brighter for all of us. Those of us that grew up in the industry know just how valuable that upbringing is, and anything we can do to help maintain that way of life is worth doing. Supporting the Dairy Leaders for Tomorrow campaign is one of those things.

Gifts received will be held in the Holstein Foundation's Dairy Leadership endowment. Earnings will be used to support the YDLI program and its hopeful future expansion.

Donations are tax-deductible.

All cash gifts received by December 31, 2010 will be doubled thanks to a dollar for dollar match, up to $1 million, from Holstein Association USA.

Pledges are accepted over any time span you desire, but only donations received by the end of 2010 will be matched.

Donor recognition
	Donors at all levels are appreciated and acknowledged.
	Special donor recognition levels are at $50,000, $25,000, $10,000 and $5,000.
	A YDLI Champions Club has been established for YDLI alumni that contribute $1,000 or more.
